Welcome! I'm Sam Trenka - coach, facilitator and consultant, and Principal of Navigator Coaching and Consulting.
I started Navigator Coaching and Consulting as a way to do what I love to do - coach, facilitate
and advise individuals, teams and organizations into greater expressions and experiences of success.
Since its inception I've assisted individuals in achieving personal and professional goals .. small and HUGE. I've helped teams better understand their mission and their teammates resulting in greater collaboration and impact, and I've guided leaders to achieve higher levels of competence and business performance.
Using techniques and tools to focus on professional and business success, great outcomes are realized. Where relevant and appropriate, role competency, performance management and development systems and tools are integrated into my coaching.
I coach the whole person, assisting individuals in living the lives they desire through building personal awareness, gaining self-knowledge, understanding personal choice, charting paths, overcoming barriers and moving forward.
My own background includes a 20 plus year career in corporate environments in various roles in human resources, sales and operations. I've owned my own technology business and been in senior leadership roles in small and large companies. I've been coaching for more than 10 years.
I love my livelihood and am grateful for the gift of each person I'm honored to coach.
In addition to being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Board Certified Coach, I'm also a certified Anthony Robbins Results Coach, Marcus Buckingham Master Strengths Coach and Spiritual Coach. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Education and Juris Doctorate.
