Team Formation and Integration
This engagement is designed for newly formed teams, reconstituted teams, and teams desiring a refresh or boost . We work with the leader and the entire team to outline the team's vision, purpose, operating values and outcomes in the context of the corporate mission. As a team we clarify and validate team members roles and develop a decision making model. Utilizing an assessment instrument, eg: DiSC. StandOut or any tool currently being deployed by the organization, we build an understanding of individual and team strengths and challenges. We identify gaps and create strategies about how to fill them. Finally we establish goals and measurements for the team's success. We create check points to ensure the team is optimizing what was created during the engagement.

Pre-work and assessment:
- preparatory questionnaire for sponsoring leader to complete
- assessment instruments delivered to participants
Delivery and integration: includes team leader preparation,team engagement session, debrief and follow-up
Other than the team engagement, sessions may be held by phone or web.

Change Adoption and Acceleration
Change is the only constant, getting comfortable with the unknown and building resiliency is a core skill required in today's ever evolving environment. Whether the change in question has already occurred, or is in the planning stages, we'll utilize change model theory practically to identify, define, understand and harness the change to maximize favorable outcomes. In this engagement we'll use a variety of tools to explore influencing factors and human responses to change; understand the reason behind the change and its scope; define stakeholder and engagement strategies; create compelling future visions; define successful outcomes and map out action plans and success metrics. The team will walk away with a change roadmap and success factors.
